Joe Dolan Reunion Show with RTÉ CO in NCH

Joe Dolan will be celebrated by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra and his former bandmates on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 August at the National Concert Hall. The Reunion Show will feature a video-projected Joe Dolan himself, and Ben Dolan will narrate the life story of his younger brother, with whom he’d shared a stage for 47 eventful years.  As he says, ‘They said there was “no show like a Joe Show” – I know most of all because I was at every one of them.’

Ben is perfectly placed to talk about it all – from their start in the business in the 1960s with The Drifters Showband, beginning in parish halls and marquees, moving on to ballrooms and theatres and from there to Top of the Pops and international stardom.
