Video Game composer and conductor Eimear Noone makes her debut with the orchestra

 

The musical worlds of gaming and classical music collide when the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra collaborates for the first time with the award-winning LA-based Irish video games music composer and conductor Eimear Noone for a concert of major video game soundtracks and classical music hits. Also joining the orchestra on Friday 2 December are the the combined forces of New Dublin Voices and The Mornington Singers for music from games such as World of Warcraft, Resident Evil and Final Fantasy 7 alongside extracts from Orff’s Carmina Burana, Mozart’s Requiem, Holst’s The Planets and lots more!
