Aedín Gormley’s RTÉ lyric fm show Movies and Musicals comes to the stage in this special concert with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, under the baton of Stephen Bell. 

A gem in the lyric fm schedule since the birth of the station, Movies and Musicals has over the past quarter-century won international awards and a large and passionately loyal audience. This eclectic live concert celebrates the mix of songs from the programme, from beloved Hollywood classics through to contemporary film scores and hit Broadway musicals.

Star performers Louise Dearman and Matt Ford join the orchestra for songs from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Mary Poppins, High Society, Chicago and Wicked, alongside Lawrence of Arabia, The Shawshank Redemption, Atonement, Jurassic Park, recent Oscar® winner Oppenheimer and more!
