RTÉ is hiring a General Manager for the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.

This senior leadership position involves overseeing the orchestra’s artistic vision, managing day-to-day operations, and leading strategic planning. Responsibilities include developing programmes, managing budgets, driving marketing efforts, and fostering audience engagement. The role requires experience in the arts sector, ideally in orchestral management, and a deep understanding of live performance, recordings, and media-related projects. A collaborative, results-driven leader with strong interpersonal and budgetary skills is sought. The General Manager will lead a team of 45 musicians and administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations and promoting inclusivity across the organisation.

This full-time, fixed-term role offers a salary range of €81,467–€112,141 per annum and is based in Donnybrook, Dublin. The closing date for applications is Monday 7th April 2025.
